Informational use only
Everything on this site is published for general information. It is not financial advice, purchasing advice, engineering advice, or a substitute for checking a vehicle’s specification with its manufacturer before you buy.
Accuracy
We take accuracy seriously and cite our sources so you can verify anything yourself. We cannot warrant that every figure is current or correct: specifications change mid-model-year, prices move constantly, and some values are explicitly modelled rather than measured — those carry an estimate tag and their formulas are on the methodology page. Decisions you make on the basis of this site are your own.
The calculator
The running cost calculator produces an estimate from assumptions you can see and change. It deliberately excludes insurance, servicing, tyres, tax and finance costs. Do not treat its output as a projection of what you will actually spend.
Content and trade marks
The written analysis, comparison tooling and calculators on this site are ours. Underlying specification figures belong to the sources credited on each page. Manufacturer and model names are the trade marks of their respective owners and are used here descriptively; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
You are welcome to quote or cite this site with a link. Wholesale reproduction of pages or bulk extraction of the specification database is not permitted.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.
Advertising
The site displays advertising served by Google AdSense. Advertisements are labelled, sit outside the editorial content and do not influence what a page says. The privacy policy explains how advertising cookies are handled.
Third-party links
Links to outside websites are provided for reference, mostly to the sources behind a figure. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their availability.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The calculators, tools and data may be changed, corrected or withdrawn at any time without notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest revision is dated 30 September 2026, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
