Messages to [email protected] are read by Muhammet Çay, the site’s editor and publisher. There is no call centre or sales team; a person answers.
Response time
We aim to reply within three working days. A correction that arrives with a source is usually fixed the same day, and the change is recorded as described in the corrections policy.
Reporting an error
Please include the page, the specific figure, and a source that contradicts it. That is usually enough to get it fixed the same day. Our corrections policy explains what happens next.
Suggesting a vehicle
We add cars where citable data exists for the fields this site cares about. If a model has no published charging curve or no independent real-world range figure, it will sit in the queue until one appears.
What we cannot help with
We do not sell cars, arrange finance, provide warranty support or offer personal financial advice. For anything to do with a specific vehicle you own, your dealer or manufacturer is the right first call.
What to include
- For an error: the page address, the figure you think is wrong, and a source that contradicts it.
- For a vehicle request: the model, the market and model year, and where a published charging curve or independent range figure can be found.
- For a data question: which page or table you are asking about and what you want to do with the figures.
Press, research and data use
Journalists, researchers and other publishers are welcome to cite figures from this site with a link back to the page they came from. If you want to use the underlying dataset beyond quoting it, write to the same address and describe what you need.
