LFP
Four cars in this database are built with LFP cells. This page is the index, not the explanation: the chemistry itself is in LFP explained, and the same cars ranked are in the LFP ranking. Observed real-world range runs from 380 km in the Ford Mustang Mach-E Standard Range RWD to 450 km in the Tesla Model 3 RWD. Only the Ford Mustang Mach-E Standard Range RWD carries a US rating, at 260 miles — a different cycle from the WLTP figure, and the two do not convert into each other. Real-world efficiency, which is what decides the electricity bill, spans 133 to 191 Wh per km (the full efficiency ranking). Measured 10 to 80 per cent charging takes 24 to 36 minutes (every car ranked on that window). Every figure below names its source and the date it was read; the assumptions behind the cost arithmetic are on the methodology page.
